About this item
- To ensure proper function, Suz S201 requires at least 20 balls below the feeding tube. If there are issues, check for sufficient balls and ensure the ball frequency on the control box is at least 1.
- Ensure there are enough balls around the feeding tube, slightly tighten the net, and raise the tilt to attract balls to the feeding tube.
- To adjust the robot head up and down, refer to our video guide. For direct serve, set topspin to 6 and backspin to 2 or 3 on the control box. For indirect serve, set topspin to 4 and backspin to 3.
- For installation instructions, consult the manual. Place the power cord behind the control box (not the machine's back).
- Our robot can only be placed on table tennis tables less than 2.5 inches thick. Thicker tables are not suitable for our robot.
- For any damage due to normal wear and tear within one year of purchase, the manufacturer will provide replacement parts. Email the manufacturer for assistance, details can be found in the manual.
- If the robot is not in use for a long time, clean it and store it in a box or bag to prevent dust accumulation.
